Here’s what you need to know:

Tuesday Closed
Wed - Fri noon – 6pm
Sat & Sun 9am – 6pm
The general public are invited to enjoy the Elm Fork outdoor archery range (Saturdays 9am-12) and our Plano indoor range (T-Sun 11am-7pm). To shoot on the main ranges the fee is $10. If you need loaner equipment, it is $10. A range ID will be issued to you and must be worn while on range. Damage Policy: A charge of $3 per arrow lost or not-shootable will be due upon return. Basic instruction is available through visual displays posted on the Instruction Range or during a scheduled Intro to Archery Class.
Public shooters are required to sign a liability waiver, read the range safety rules, pay a $10 range fee, and range certify by shooting at 10 yards (5 of 6 arrows hit 12″ target) on our Form Wall before shooting at the other ranges. Children should be with parent at all times! There is a Kid’s Range within the Practice Range, in addition to developing their skills at the Form Wall.
Saturdays, at Elm Fork, we hold an Intro to Archery Class at 10am (held in the Instruction Range) proceed to the range directly, do not check in at the Shotgun Pro Shop. Cost is $10 cash (no card processing). Class includes instruction and equipment, but not access to the main ranges.
Parking
Parking is restricted to the Shotgun Sports parking lot. If you would like to rent a golf cart, these are checked out at the Shotgun Pro Shop.
If you have a Handicapped vehicle license you may park at the loading area next to the Practice Range (during the weekdays, too busy on weekend days).
If you have a lot of gear or supplies for a project or event, you may drive to the Practice Range area and drop them off. Then you will need to move your vehicle to the parking lot. There is a lot of golf cart and ATV traffic on the path to the archery area, and its safer for everyone if traffic from full-size vehicles is minimized.
Bathrooms
The Shotgun Sports Clubhouse has real restrooms and a changing/shower room that you are welcome to use. There is a porta-potty in the archery area as well.
