Texins Archery Club Membership Application

1) Please complete the application form below (area within the blocks), then submit. If you have not been contacted by an officer within a couple days please contact the President  (sometimes technology fails us). The Club does not assume any liability for you or anyone else on the property, please understand this and use common sense.

2) Family Membership is for a calendar year (ending Dec 31) and dues are $120. Memberships are pro-rated $10 per month through June. Beginning July 1st, the current year's balance is added to the next year's dues.  For example, in July you would pay $180: $60 for the balance of 2010, plus $120 for 2011.  See below for full dues schedule.  Student memberships are $60 (see details in section on our Home page).  New Feature:  Payment is accepted via PayPal!  Note that you do not need a PayPal account to use this. Once you submit the Registration Form, a link to Paypal will be presented to you.

3) New members may shoot on the entire range after recieving a Range Safety Orientation and membership ID card. Unless by appointment, best times to schedule membership orientation are Wednesday afternoons or Saturdays 9am-12pm. At this time, you may make membership payment in cash or check (payable to "Texins Archery Club") if you have not paid via PayPal.

4) Family Memberships cover both husband and wife, and their children until the age of 18. All minors are required to be in the company of a parent when at the range. Guests are welcome anytime to use the range under your supervision, and responsibility. We ask members to register their entrance to the property each visit (for safety reasons) and their guests. The daily guest fee per shooter is $5, to be deposited in the sign-in box.

5) Membership allows you maximum access to the range, which is open per the business hours of Elm Fork Shooting Park . Courses may be restricted because of scheduled shoots/tournaments, or safety. You will be required to observe all range safety rules as posted at the range or website. Use of the range is at your own risk and liability, and completion of a waiver form is required. Members are required to contribute one hour of mandatory service to the club per calendar year, to be performed at an organized activity (such as a tournament, function or work party). Members are expected to: conduct themselves responsibly,  contribute to work projects to improve the club/facilities, and attend club meetings and events. Any ideas, resources, and equipment you can contribute are always welcome. Membership can be revoked by vote of the governing officers.
